These Terms govern your use of https://bigstuff.ae and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
BigStuff is an online shop based in the United Arab Emirates selling toys and recreational products. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to BigStuff. "You" refers to anyone using the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Orders
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send the order-confirmation email.
- Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). VAT, where applicable, is included. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. By placing an order you also agree to Stripe's own terms, available on their website.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access.
- Scraping content for resale.
- Using the site to send spam or malicious content.
- Interfering with other users.
8. Intellectual property
The bigstuff.ae site, brand, logo, and product images are owned by BigStuff or our suppliers. You may not reproduce them without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where excluding it would be unlawful.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of the relevant Emirate.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
